About Dashboard

Vizmo dashboard allows you to view and manage all your visitors checkin in using the kiosk and monitor the kiosk or visitors status under widgets. Once the checkin is done using the custom checkin flow the data will be collected and will reflect immediately over the dashboard as an entry under Visitor log.

Info Widgets

We are showing different info widgets on the dashboard, so that you can monitor most of the things in real-time without going into a different page.
  1. Active Kiosks: This widget will display the total number to active online Kiosk for the selected location.
  2. Total Visitors: This widget will display the total number of visitors who all have visited the selected location for the selected date on the date picker.
  3. Active Visitors: This widget will display the total number of visitors who are still available at your selected location and haven't checked out yet.
  4. Overstay Visitors: This widget will display the total number of visitors who all are still available at your location without checking out and staying after defined overstay time (Eg., 3 hours after they checked in).

Employee profile

You can update your personal details under this profile edition section and even can manage the notification mainly SMS, email and push notification channel. How to manage the employee profile or notification channel?

Visitor log

You can monitor the visitor log in real-time for any selected date using the visitor log table, edit or modify the details entered by the visitor while checking in or check out the visitor from the dashboard itself. You can even filter the data which has to be shown in the table by all the fields.


Click the log which you want to change the details, change it and click save to save your changes.

How to Checkout visitors?

  1. Checkout single entry: You can checkout one single visitor from the dashboard by simply clicking the Checkout icon at the right end of the entry.

  1. Checkout multiple entry: Click on the check box at the top to select all the entries or select the check box to the left of each visitor whom you want to checkout. Once selected click the Checkout Visitors icon at the right end of the entry.

How to Delete visitors?

  1. Delete single entry: You can delete one single visitor from the dashboard by simply clicking the Delete icon at the right end of the entry.
  1. Delete multiple entries: Click on the check box at the top to select all the entries or select the check box to the left of each visitor whom you want to delete. Once selected click the Delete Visitor Logs icon at the right end of the entry.

Add a new visitor log

You can add a visitor log either from the iPad or directly from the dashboard, while adding you'll be asked to enter the visitor details, upload/capture visitor photo, capture visitor id, etc. How to Add a new Visitor Log?

Manage/Sort Overstay visitors

OVERSTAY tag associated as the total number of visitors who all are still available at your location without checking out and staying after defined overstay time (Eg., 3 hours after they checked in). Click on the Checkout sorting option at the right top to sort the visitors as per their overstay timings and it'll be arranged.
