Q1. How to enable Touchless/Contactless check in?

Considering the severity of the COVID-19 crisis, we have enabled Touchless for all our clients, irrespective of your subscription plan. You only have to update your kiosk application from App store or Play store to 3.1.4 or above.


Q2. With the recent outbreak of COVID-19, how do I add the questionnaire to the tablet so visitors can disclose the information?

Using the Health Declaration feature from Vizmo dashboard, you can add yes-no styled questions for your visitors to answer during the check in flow.


Q3. What is contact tracing?

Contact tracing is used to identify individuals who may have come in contact with an infected person (“contacts”) and subsequent collection of further information about these contacts. The goals of contact tracing are to interrupt the ongoing transmission, reduce spread of an infection and alert contacts to the possibility of exposure to COVID-19.


Q4. I need to figure out who was on the premises at a specific time as a way of contact tracing should someone enter the building and later test positive for COVID-19. How do I do this?

You can easily find this in the Vizmo dashboard. If someone has attended your building and tests positive for COVID-19 Coronavirus at a later date, you’ll be able to easily trace when they were in your building, along with all other visitors to the premises, using accurate visitor records and time-stamping in the web dashboard.
