While adding an employee to the vizmo directory, the user is given an option to enable account for each employee. If enabled, an invite is sent to the registered email of the employee. The status of each employee can be viewed in the Employee Directory for each location
Company and Location Admin can change this setting at any time from the Employee Directory.
