How to add a floor?
What is a Floor?
Vizmo allows company and location admins to manage the floors in the building where employee desks can be uploaded or placed on an interactive layout. Multiple floors can be created for a specific location in order to allow admins manage their workspace efficiently.
How to add a Floor?
If you login as a Company Admin:
- Login to the Vizmo dashboard using https://portal.vizmo.in
- Go to the location page
- Select the location in which you want to add a floor
- Click on Floors
- Here you will see all the floors that are a part of the location
- Click on Create New Floor
- Add details about the Floor such as Floor Name and Description
- Click on the Create button to add a new floor to the location
If you login as a Location Admin:
- Login to the Vizmo dashboard using https://portal.vizmo.in
- Click on Floors
- Here you will see all the floors that are a part of the location
- Click on Create New Floor
- Add details about the Floor such as Floor Name and Description
- Click on the Create button to add a new floor to the location
Only Company and Location Admins can create a new Floor
