How to add branding for Kiosk and Touchless?
What is a Kiosk?
A Kiosk is the first physical interaction that takes place when a visitor walks into your facility. It provides branding details of your organisation and ensures that a visitor is welcomed by your company logo. A Kiosk provides a digital QR code that allows the visitors to self check in and check out based on the settings by your company or location admin. Each visitor can use this Kiosk to check in and out of your facility.
A Kiosk can be paired with a Printer if you are looking to print Visitor badges. Multiple Kiosks can be installed at your location for ease of entry and exit of the visitors. An android tablet or an iPad can be used as a Kiosk to give the visitors a world class experience.
What is Touchless?
Vizmo provides a touchless platform for all its customers. Visitors can scan the dynamic QR code on the Kiosk and use Vizmo's touchless portal to check in and check out of the system. It provides a completely touch less experience to the visitor in which they do not need to interact with the Kiosk for when they are walking in.
How to add Branding?
If you login as a Company admin:
- Login to the Vizmo dashboard using https://portal.vizmo.in
- Go to the Locations Page
- Select which location you want to add branding to
- Go to Settings
- Select the Branding Page
- You can update your Company logo by using the Change Logo button
- You can also update the Theme Colour once the Company Logo has been uploaded
- The Kiosk to the right hand side will provide a mock up of how your Kiosk will appear to your visitors
- Use the Save button to ensure that your settings are saved for that specific location

- Login to the Vizmo dashboard using https://portal.vizmo.in
- Go to Settings
- Select the Branding Page

You need to be a Company or Location admin to add branding details about your company.
Branding settings are location specific.
