How to enable capturing of Visitor Photo?
What is Visitor Photo?
Vizmo allows companies to store their visitor's photos by allowing them to capture their photo using the camera on their phones or Kiosk. This feature once enabled allows the company to request a photo from their visitors before they enter the facility. In order to enhance the security of your facility, you can also request the visitor to capture their photo each time they visit your facility.
Photo capturing can be customised as per Visitor Type
How to enable Visitor Photo?
- Login to the Vizmo dashboard using https://portal.vizmo.in
- Go to Settings
- Go to Visitor Types
- Click the edit icon on the Visitor Type that you want to make changes
- Click on the Photo tab
- Here you will be able to enable or disable photo capture for that Visitor Type using the toggle button
- You can also enable or disable returning visitor photo for higher safety using the toggle button
