How to Check in a visitor using Web Portal?
How to Check in a visitor using Web Portal?
- Login to the Vizmo dashboard using https://portal.vizmo.in
- Go to Visitor Log
- Click on Add Visitor
- Select the Visitor Type
- Enter the details of the visitor
- If it is a returning visitor, details will auto populate
- Verify the details
- Add more details if required as per company policy
- Save Visitor details and the Visitor will be checked in
The Location Admin and Receptionist/Security are the roles that will need to use this feature for checking in visitors. The status of the visitor can be viewed by these roles.
The accept/reject feature will be enabled only after a check in created for a walk in visitor.
