How to configure check in settings?
What are Check In settings?
Check In settings can be used by the admins to ensure that company policies for visitor check ins are followed for each location. These settings provide flexibility to the admins to better manage visitor check ins by providing one touch settings for returning and invited visitors. In case the company is not using a Kiosk, a Static QR code can be generated using these settings.
How to configure Check in settings?
- Login to the Vizmo dashboard using https://portal.vizmo.in
- Go to Settings
- Go to Check In
- Here you can enable or disable managing returning and invited visitors
- You can also create a Static QR code for faster Check ins
Only Company and Location Admins can manage Check in settings
What does Allow Returning Visitor mean?
This feature allows for a faster check in and a better experience for the visitor as he or she is not asked to fill out all the details of the check in fields. Once enabled, details are pre-filled and reduce the steps required for the visitor.
What does Allow only Invited Visitors mean?
This disallows Walk in visitors to seek appointment with a Host. Only visitors which are invited by a host can check in to the facility once this feature is enabled.
