How to configure check out settings?
What are Check out settings?
Check Out settings can be used by the admins to ensure that company policies for visitor check outs are followed for each location. These settings provide flexibility to the admins to better manage visitor check outs by providing one touch settings for visitor self check out and auto check out visitors.
How to configure Check out settings?
- Login to the Vizmo dashboard using https://portal.vizmo.in
- Go to Settings
- Go to Check Out
- Here you can enable or disable visitor self check out
- Here you can also enable or disable auto check out of visitors
- Overstay visitors can also be managed in Check out settings
Only Company and Location Admins can manage Check Out settings
What does Visitor Self Check out mean?
This feature allows the visitors to self check out themselves from the location using a Kiosk or Touchless platform. If disabled, the receptionist or admin needs to check the visitor out of the facility.
What does Auto Check out Visitors mean?
Once enabled, all the visitors present at the location will be checked out automatically at midnight.
