How to Customise ID card types?
What is the ID feature in Vizmo?
Vizmo allows companies to capture the details of their visitors by allowing them to upload or capture their identification cards. This feature once enabled allows the company to request an ID card from their visitors before they enter the facility. In order to enhance the security of your facility, you can also request the visitor to upload their ID cards while exiting your facility. In order to allow companies adhere to their rules and policies, Vizmo provides a custom ID card feature where the company can choose what the visitor must upload. We have kept Passport as a standard which can also be deleted if the company wishes to do so.
ID card types can be customised and edited as per Visitor Type
How to enable ID card capture?
- Login to the Vizmo dashboard using https://portal.vizmo.in
- Go to Settings
- Go to Visitor Types
- Click the edit icon on the Visitor Type that you want to make changes
- Click on the ID card tab
- Here you will be able to enable or disable ID card capture for that Visitor Type using the toggle button
- You can also enable or disable returning visitor ID card for higher safety using the toggle button
- You can add different type of ID cards by clicking on the Add ID card Type button
- You can delete an ID card type by clicking on the delete icon
