How to customise Invites settings

Enable/Disable filling checkin fields

  1. Go to Settings > Invites
  1. Locate Should visitor fill checkin fields.
    1. To enable, toggle to the “on” position.
    1. To disable, toggle to the “off” position.

Enable/Disable sign agreement

  1. Go to Settings > Invites
  1. Locate Should visitor sign agreement.
    1. To enable, toggle to the “on” position.
    1. To disable, toggle to the “off” position.

Enable/Disable capture visitor's id

  1. Go to Settings > Invites
  1. Locate Should capture visitor's id.
    1. To enable, toggle to the “on” position.
    1. To disable, toggle to the “off” position.

Enable/Disable snapping photo

  1. Go to Settings > Invites
  1. Locate Should take visitor's photo.
    1. To enable, toggle to the “on” position.
    1. To disable, toggle to the “off” position.

Manage Invite expiry settings

  1. Go to Settings > Invites
  1. Locate Should invite expire.
    1. To enable, toggle to the “on” position.
If enabled, you will be asked to set the invite expiry validity (in hours) just below the toggle button. You can set an expiration time as per your requirement.
    1. To disable, toggle to the “off” position.
If disabled, there won't be any expire time. Either you or a visitor will have to check out.


Enable/Disable notification channel

  1. Go to Settings > Invites
  1. Locate SMS Notifications or Email Notifications.
    1. To enable, toggle to the “on” position.
    1. To disable, toggle to the “off” position.
