How to monitor overstay visitors?
Who is an Overstay Visitor?
Vizmo allows companies to set a duration for visitors to stay within company premises. A visitor overstaying their time at a particular location can be mounted from the time of their Check in. Notifications can be sent to various stakeholders if a visitor overstays at a particular location.
How to setup Overstay Visitor Notifications?
- Login to the Vizmo dashboard using https://portal.vizmo.in
- Go to Settings
- Go to Check Out
- Enable the Overstay Notifications for Visitors
- Set the allowed duration after check in for when the notification should be raised
- Select whether the host should be notified about the overstaying visitor
- Add a maximum of 3 other employees that should be notified about the overstaying visitor. (Eg: Receptionist, Security Guard)
Only Company and Location Admins can manage Overstay notifications for visitors
