How to enable notifications for Visitors and Host?
What are Visitor and Host notifications?
In order to communicate with different stakeholders internal and external, Vizmo allows companies to decide how and to whom the communication should take place. Vizmo allows it users to customise every Visitor Type and lets them decide whether notifications can be sent to Visitors and Hosts.
Visitor and Host notifications can be enabled or disabled as per Visitor Type
How to enable notifications?
- Login to the Vizmo dashboard using https://portal.vizmo.in
- Go to Settings
- Go to Visitor Types
- Click the edit icon on the Visitor Type that you want to make changes
- Click on the Notifications tab
- Here you can enable or disable if Visitors should receive notifications for the specific visitor type
- You can also enable or disable Host notifications for the specific visitor type
The type of notifications that Visitors and Hosts can receive are based on Location based notifications.
