How to integrate with Microsoft Calendar?
Microsoft Calendar
Vizmo allows Company Admins to integrate their Microsoft Outlook Calendar with Vizmo. To connect Vizmo with your team’s calendar provider, you’ll need to authenticate using an Admin or Service Account email that has both read and write permissions.
The calendar integration on Vizmo consists of the following:
1. Inviting external visitors using Microsoft Calendar
2. Room syncing with Microsoft Resources
3. Room booking via Microsoft Calendar

How to integrate Vizmo with Microsoft Calendar?
- Go to the Vizmo web portal using: https://portal.vizmo.in
- Login using Company Admin credentials for adding a calendar integration
- Go to the Integrations Page on left drawer
- Click on Add Integration
- Select Microsoft Calendar integration
- Select the various integrations to be undertaken based on the products enabled in Vizmo
- Click on Add
- You will be redirected to the Microsoft account in order to Allow for permissions
- Once, permissions are allowed the integration will be active
Only Company Admins can add a calendar integration
