How to Manage Checkout Settings

Auto Checkout Visitors

  1. Go to Settings > Checkout Settings in dashboard.
  1. Locate Auto Checkout Visitors.
    1. To enable, toggle to the “on” position.
    1. To disable, toggle to the “off” position.

  1. Once done, Click SAVE at the right top.


Note: If enabled, all the visitors will be automatically checked out at midnight.

Overstay Visitors

  1. Go to Settings > Checkout Settings in dashboard.
  1. Locate Overstay Visitors.
    1. To enable, toggle to the “on” position.
    1. To disable, toggle to the “off” position.

  1. Once enabled, kindly define the the Checkin Duration time limit.


Visitors who stays after this duration from the time of check in, will be overstayed visitors.
  1. Then select the Overstay Notification hosts from employee list who will receive the notifications regarding the overstays visitors.

  1. Once done, Click SAVE at the right top.
