How to Manage Employee Notification Channel

  1. Click on the Employee for whom you want to assign an assistant.


  1. Look for Notification Channel wherein you'll be able modify the Notification Preferences for that employee.

SMS Channel

If enabled, SMS notification will be sent to the employee only if the contact number is updated about the visitors checked in information.

Email Channel

If enabled, email notification will be sent to the employee regarding the visitors checked in information.

Push Notification Channel

If enabled, a Push notification will be sent to all the devices which is connected and signed in with us.
