How to setup a Static QR code?
What is a Static QR code?
A static QR code can be used as a temporary Kiosk for the purpose of checking in and out at a particular company location. Admins can print a Static QR code with their company branding and stick it at places for visitors to check in faster. The Static QR code has been provided with an expiry date to ensure that security and compliance are met at all level.
How to setup a Static QR code?
- Login to the Vizmo dashboard using https://portal.vizmo.in
- Go to Settings
- Go to Check In
- Enable the Static QR code
- Use the Save button if the QR code does not appear by itself
- Use the Refresh button to get a new Static QR code
- Use the Print button to Print the QR
Only Company and Location Admins can create and print a Static QR code
It is recommended to set shorter validity for Static QR code for better security
