How to setup email automation workflow?

Overview:
Vizmo now empowers you with Automation Workflows, designed to make your operations smarter and more seamless. With workflows, you can:

  1. Create Custom Email Notifications — Automatically send tailored emails triggered by specific actions across the Vizmo platform.
  2. Integrate Effortlessly with Third-Party Tools — Use webhooks to instantly pass information to your preferred external applications based on defined events.

To setup a custom email notification:

  1. Login to the Vizmo using https://portal.vizmo.in.
  2. Goto a specific location in case of multiple locations.
  3. Goto Automation > Workflows

  4. Click on “Create” from top right.
  5. Enter the Wokflow name > Chose a module (product) for which the automation needs to be setup and workflow “Type” should be “Email Notification”
  6. Setup the condition/s basis which the email should be triggered.

    Now click the “Edit Email Alert” tab from top section header.
  7. Enter the Subject for this automated email.
  8. Chose the recipients for this email. Please note, for employees to be visible under recipient list, they should be a part of the employee directory for that location.
  9. Enter the content for the email. There are multiple options to add and design your content. It also supports placeholders to pull in information from certain data pointers.

  10. Save the changes once finalised.
The automation will be visible and can be edited later on as per the requirements.
