How to setup Health Declaration?

What is the Health Declaration feature?

The Health Declaration feature was developed during the pandemic. The feature allows the visitors to fill out a customised health declaration form. This form can then be varied by an approver and the visit of the visitor can be approved or rejected based on the answers provided by the visitor. The feature allows the Company or Location Admin to customise the questionnaire for visitors.

How to Setup Health Declaration?

  1. Login to the Vizmo dashboard using https://portal.vizmo.in
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Go to Health Declaration
  4. Here you can enable or disable Health Declaration for the selected location 
  5. Health Declaration Approval can also be enabled or disabled
  6. The title of the declaration can be edited to be visible on the Kiosk or Touchless 
  7. The list of questions can be edited and deleted as per Company Policy
  8. More questions can be added to the form by using the Add Field button
Only Company and Location Admin can manage Health Declaration
