How to view invoices for Vizmo Visitors?

Who has access to view invoice data?

Vizmo users with the following roles can view invoice data.
  1. Company Admin 
  2. Location Admin
  3. Billing Admin
  4. Receptionist

How to view invoices?

  1. Login to the Vizmo dashboard using https://portal.vizmo.in
  2. Navigate to Billing
  3. Select invoices to see a list of past invoices.
  4. Click to open and view the invoice, it is downloadable

How to pay an invoice?

  1. On the invoices list screen, an upcoming invoice has an option to "Pay".
  2. On clicking "Pay", the screen is redirected to payment page.
  3. All the roles except Receptionist can take action against an invoice
