How to view invoices for Vizmo Visitors?
Who has access to view invoice data?
Vizmo users with the following roles can view invoice data.
- Company Admin
- Location Admin
- Billing Admin
- Receptionist
How to view invoices?
- Login to the Vizmo dashboard using https://portal.vizmo.in
- Navigate to Billing
- Select invoices to see a list of past invoices.
- Click to open and view the invoice, it is downloadable
How to pay an invoice?
- On the invoices list screen, an upcoming invoice has an option to "Pay".
- On clicking "Pay", the screen is redirected to payment page.
- All the roles except Receptionist can take action against an invoice
