What are Check in fields?

Check in fields can be used by the company to capture details about their visitors. Check in fields are part of Visitor Types and can be configured as per the needs and requirements of the company. It consists of the basic information required by the company for verifying their visitor. 

The Primary Check in fields include:
  1. First Name
  2. Last Name
  3. Email Address
  4. Company Name
These Text fields work as primary fields but are not mandatory. They can be made mandatory by toggling the "Required" status to "On" for each field. The eye icon represents whether the visitor will be able to see the fields before checking in. There are different types of fields available, which include:
  1. Text Fields
  2. Single Choice
  3. Multi Choice
  4. Dropdown
The Text fields can further be categorised as:
  1. Text
  2. Number
  3. Email
  4. Phone
  5. Date
Check in fields can be customised and configured as per Visitor Type

How to add more Check in fields?

  1. Login to the Vizmo dashboard using https://portal.vizmo.in
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Click the edit icon for the Visitor Type that you want to add fields
  4. Select Check in fields
  5. Click on Add Field
  6. Select the type of Check in field you want to add
  7. Save the settings for that specific visitor type
