What is a Badge?

A badge is created once the visitor has entered all the details and pre-filled information about themselves. It provides all the details about the visitor including photo, name, email id, company name (which are all part of check in fields). It also generates a unique QR code for the visitor which can be used by them to check in and check out of the facility. These badges can be printed if a badge printer is linked to your Kiosk. There are two types of badges available:
  1. Digital Badge
  2. Physical Badge
Badges can be enabled or disabled for each Visitor Type

How to enable Badges?

  1. Login to the Vizmo dashboard using https://portal.vizmo.in
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Go to Visitor Types
  4. Click the edit icon on the Visitor Type that you want to make changes
  5. Click on the Badge tab
  6. You can enable or disable the digital badge by toggling the button
  7. You can also enable or disable badge printing by toggling the button
  8. Please make sure to Save changes using the button provided
