What is a Badge?
A badge is created once the visitor has entered all the details and pre-filled information about themselves. It provides all the details about the visitor including photo, name, email id, company name (which are all part of check in fields). It also generates a unique QR code for the visitor which can be used by them to check in and check out of the facility. These badges can be printed if a badge printer is linked to your Kiosk. There are two types of badges available:
- Digital Badge
- Physical Badge
Badges can be enabled or disabled for each Visitor Type
How to enable Badges?
- Login to the Vizmo dashboard using https://portal.vizmo.in
- Go to Settings
- Go to Visitor Types
- Click the edit icon on the Visitor Type that you want to make changes
- Click on the Badge tab
- You can enable or disable the digital badge by toggling the button
- You can also enable or disable badge printing by toggling the button
- Please make sure to Save changes using the button provided
