What is a Visitor Agreement?
A Visitor Agreement is a document that needs to be signed by the visitor before they enter your facility. Vizmo provides a digital visitor agreement which can be customised as per the needs and requirements of your company. You can add your company guidelines along with a non-disclosure document as an agreement for the visitors to read. Provided that the agreement function is enabled, each and every visitor for a specific visitor type will be required to digitally sign that agreement.
A visitor agreement can be customised and edited as per Visitor Type
How to enable a Visitor Agreement?
- Login to the Vizmo dashboard using https://portal.vizmo.in
- Go to Settings
- Go to Visitor Types
- Click the edit icon on the Visitor Type that you want to make changes
- Click on the Agreement tab
- Toggle the enable button to activate Agreement
- You can edit the content for the Agreement here as per the requirements of your company
- Preview the Agreement using the Preview button to reconfirm details
- Use the Save button to confirm changes
