How to approve a walk in visitor?

Who is a Walk in Visitor?

Visitors who walk into your location and who can request to meet you are Walk in Visitors. They can scan the QR code at the Kiosk, select the host, fill in their details and can seek your approval to meet you. An approval for the visitor's entry can be given by the Host or by the Location Admin or an employee with the role of receptionist/security.

How to approve a Walk in Visitor?

Approval process for a walk in visitor can be done by email or push notification via the Vizmo Pass App
  1. View the approval request via Email or Push notification 
  2. Accept or Reject the visitor when the request has been raised via Email or Vizmo Pass App
