How to enable and setup Office Hours?

Overview:
Vizmo lets admins define the official working hours for each office location. This feature ensures that desk and meeting room bookings are only available during office hours, helping prevent misuse and unnecessary reservations.

Additionally, admins can give employees the flexibility to adjust their own working hours. This is especially useful for team members who work in shifts or outside regular office hours, ensuring they can still access the resources they need.

How to Enable Office Hours?

  1. Login to the Vizmo using https://portal.vizmo.in.
  2. Goto a specific location in case of multiple locations.
  3. Goto Location Settings > Location > Enable Office Hours and chose the working hours for that location.

  4. Save the settings from from top right.

How to allow employees to update/modify their own office hours?

  1. Login to the Vizmo using https://portal.vizmo.in.
  2. Goto a specific location in case of multiple locations.
  3. Goto Location Settings > Location > Enable Office Hours > Enable “Employee Specific Office Hours”.
  4. Save the settings from top right.
This settings ensures, the employees will be able to update their working timezone from employee web portal and/or vizmo mobile application.
