How to setup Invites and notification channels?
What are Invites?
Invites can be sent by employees of a company to their visitors so that they do not need to wait and undergo registration on site. A user who is an employee of a company can send out an invite as long as they are Active on the Vizmo portal. Employees can use the Vizmo Pass app for sending out invites.
How to Setup Invites?
- Login to the Vizmo dashboard using https://portal.vizmo.in
- Go to Settings
- Go to Invites
- Here you can enable or disable Invites for the selected location
- Invites Approval can also be managed based on Recurring or all Invites
- Notification channels for SMS and Email can be enabled or disabled for Invites
Only Company and Location Admin can manage Invites
