Invite analytics is part of the Visitor dashboard in Analytics. It sits below the visitor charts. There is no separate Invite dashboard.
Before you start
- Your role needs Analytics access. If Analytics or Visitor is missing from the left menu, ask your company admin to check your role.
Open the invite charts
- Sign in to the Vizmo portal. Stay in Company View for all locations, or select a location.
- Select Analytics in the left menu, then select Visitor.
- Set the Date range filter.
- Scroll down past the visitor charts to the invite charts.
You see the invite charts for the date range you chose.
Invite charts
- Visitor invite occurrences
- Invited visitors
- Invite check-in conversion, which compares invites with check-ins
- Invite no-show candidates
- Visitor invites and check-ins by day
- Visitor invites by status
If your company uses custom dashboards, the charts you see may differ.
Room invites
Invites sent for room bookings appear on the Room dashboard (Analytics > Room), for example Room invite occurrences and Room invites by status.
Need the invites themselves?
Analytics shows totals and trends. To see or manage individual invites, open Visitors > Invites. For the other visitor charts, see View visitor analytics.
Troubleshooting
- I cannot find the invite charts: scroll down on the Visitor dashboard. If Analytics or Visitor is missing from the menu, see View and track analytics.
- The charts are empty: widen the Date range, and check that you are in the right location or in Company View.
