Analytics shows charts for visitors, desks and rooms. You can open it for your whole company (Company View) or for one location. It is part of the admin portal and is not in the employee portal.
Before you start
- Your role needs Analytics access. If Analytics is missing from the left menu, ask your company admin to check your role.
- The dashboards you see depend on how your company is set up.
Open Analytics
- Sign in to the Vizmo portal. Stay in Company View for all locations, or select a location.
- Select Analytics in the left menu. It expands to show your dashboards, for example Visitor, Desk and Room.
- Select a dashboard. Its name appears in the page header. If a product area has more than one dashboard, tabs appear above the charts.
- Use the filters in the dashboard. Every standard dashboard has a Date range filter. The Desk and Room dashboards also have Floor and Zone filters, which apply only to some charts (see below).
- Select Refresh at the top right to reload the dashboard.

The charts load for the scope you opened: all locations in Company View, or the selected location. Check the dashboard title and scope before you use or share the numbers.
What each dashboard covers
- Visitor: visitor counts, trends, top hosts, visitor types and invite charts. Date range applies to every chart. See View visitor analytics and View invite analytics.
- Desk: desk booking totals, trends and breakdowns. Floor and Zone apply only to the breakdown charts (by department, cost by department, by designation and by floor). The totals, average, occupied, cancelled and by-day charts follow Date range only. See View desk analytics.
- Room: room bookings, utilisation and room invites, with Date range, Floor and Zone filters. Floor and Zone apply only to the breakdown charts (by department, by designation and utilisation by day of week), not to the totals, trend or invite charts.
If your company uses custom dashboards, the charts you see may differ from this list.
Export a dashboard as a PDF
If you see an Export button next to Refresh, you can email the dashboard as a PDF.
- Select Export. A panel titled Export, followed by the dashboard name, opens.
- Choose a Start Date and an End Date. You cannot choose future dates, and one export can cover at most 180 days.
- Optional: add people under Select Recipient(s). You also receive the email.
- Select Export.

Vizmo shows Dashboard PDF export created. You will receive an email when it is ready. When the export is ready, you and any recipients you chose receive an email with a download link that is valid for 7 days. The PDF contains the dashboard only, without the filter controls. Any select-type filters you applied on the dashboard are included. To follow the job, open Import/Export > Exports in Location View or Export in Company View. For more detail, see How to export an Analytics dashboard as PDF.
Troubleshooting
- I do not see Analytics in the menu: Analytics must be turned on for your company, your role needs Analytics access, and a dashboard must be set up. Ask your company admin to check your role.
- I see "No analytics dashboards are configured": no dashboard is available for this scope yet. Contact your Vizmo account manager.
- I see "Analytics is temporarily unavailable. Please try again.": select Refresh, or try again after a short while.
- I do not see Export: you need permission to create exports, and the dashboard must support exporting. Export is available on the Visitor, Desk and Room dashboards.
- I need a list of individual visits, not charts: Analytics shows charts only. For row-level data, download a visitor log.
- Where are Digital Register analytics? They are separate. In a location, open Digital Registers, choose your register, then select Analytics. The page is titled Register Analytics. You need access to register data and an enabled register.
