Use the Visitor Directory to look up a visitor's profile and see the visits recorded for them each month.
Before you start
- You need a role that can view visitors, such as a company admin, location admin or front-desk role. The Visitor Directory is not part of the employee portal.
- In Company View you can look at profiles but you cannot edit, delete or blocklist them. Do those in a location.
Open a visitor's profile
- Sign in to the Vizmo portal and select the location.
- Open Visitors > Visitor Directory. The table lists Photo, Name, Phone, Email, Company and Vehicle Number.
- Type the visitor's name in the search box, or scroll down to load more profiles. Select the refresh button to reload the list.

- Select the visitor's row. The profile panel opens on the Profile tab, where you can review their details. If the photo cannot be used, an Invalid photo badge may appear.
- Open the Visit History tab and use the month picker to choose a month. The table shows that month's visits, with Photo, Purpose, Host, Check-in and Check-out.

Things to know
- A profile can exist before a first visit, for example when it was created for an invitation or added by hand. In that case Visit History may be empty.
- To edit or delete a profile, or to add a visitor to the Blocklist, your role needs the matching permissions. See Edit a visitor's profile in the Visitor Directory.
- For the details of a single visit, open Visitors > Visitor Log instead. See View visitor log details.
Troubleshooting
- You cannot find a visitor. The search box matches by name. Check the spelling, and check that you are in the location where the visitor has a profile.
- Visit History shows an error. The portal shows Error fetching visitor logs. Select the refresh button and try again.
