Change your Vizmo portal password from your profile page. You need to know your current password.
Before you start
- You must be signed in to the Vizmo portal. Any user (admin or employee) can change their own password.
- Have your current password ready. If you have forgotten it, see Reset your password instead.
Change your password
- Sign in to the Vizmo portal.
- Click your name at the top right (Hello <your first name>) and select Profile.
- Click Change Password at the top right of the User Profile page. A Change Password panel opens.

- Enter your Current Password.
- Enter your New Password, then enter it again in Confirm Password. Click the eye icon to show or hide what you typed.

- Click Change Password in the panel.
Result: you see "The password has been changed successfully" and the panel closes. You do not need to click Save on the profile page.
Password rules
- At least 8 characters.
- At least 1 lowercase letter, 1 uppercase letter and 1 digit.
- A symbol is not required.
Things to know
- If you normally sign in with your company's single sign-on, your organisation manages that password. Change it with your identity provider instead.
- Use your new password the next time you sign in on any device.
Troubleshooting
I see "Please enter the required details". One of the three fields is empty or invalid. Fill in all three fields and try again.
I see "Passwords do not match". Enter the same value in New Password and Confirm Password.
I see a message about 8 characters, lowercase, uppercase and a digit. The message appears under the field that does not meet the rules.
- Under New Password: choose a password that meets the rules above.
- Under Current Password: your existing password does not meet these rules, so it cannot be changed on this page. Sign out, then on the sign-in page click Reset next to Forgot Password?. Enter your registered email, enter the OTP sent to that email, and set a new password that meets the rules.
The change fails. Check that your Current Password is correct and try again.
