About your User Profile page

The User Profile page is where you manage your own account in the Vizmo portal: your photo, name, phone number, notification channels, two-factor authentication (2FA) and password. Every signed-in user has the same page.

Before you start

You only need to be signed in to the Vizmo portal. Admins and employees use the same page. It is available from the admin portal and the employee portal.

Open your profile

  1. Sign in to the Vizmo portal.
  2. Click your name at the top right. It reads Hello <your first name>.
  3. Select Profile.

What is on the page

  • Photo: click Upload Photo to choose a picture, or Capture Photo to take one with your camera. Photos must be JPEG or PNG and smaller than 1 MB.
  • First Name and Last Name.
  • Email: shown for reference only. You cannot change it here.
  • Phone: your mobile number. Vizmo uses it for text messages.
  • Notification Channels: switch SMS Channel, Email Channel and Push Notifications Channel on or off. See Choose how you receive notifications.
  • 2FA: protect your sign-in with a code from an authenticator app (Authenticator/TOTP) or a code sent to your email (Email). See Set up, use and recover two-factor authentication (2FA).
  • Office hours: shown only when office hours are turned on for your location. Employees can change their own hours only if the admin allows employee-specific office hours. See Set up office hours.
  • Change Password and Save buttons at the top right. See Change your password.

Note: changes to your photo, name, phone number, notification channels and office hours are saved only when you click Save. Passwords and 2FA are changed separately and do not need Save.

Common questions

Can I change my email address here? No. The Email field is read-only. Ask your company admin if your email address needs to change.

I can't find Profile in the menu. Click your name at the top right of the page, not the main menu on the left. Profile is the first item in the list that opens.

Do employees and admins use the same page? Yes. The same User Profile page opens in the admin portal and the employee portal.

My photo was rejected. The portal accepts JPEG and PNG pictures smaller than 1 MB. Resize the picture or choose another one.
