Upon completing the check in details, every visitor gets a digital badge, which contains details of their visit. A walk-in visitor requires host approval to get the badge, but when a visitor is invited, a link is shared with the visitor via SMS or email. This link provides the pre approved digital badge to be used during the checkin. 

This badge contains a QR code and other details (to be filled by the visitor upon receiving the invite) of the visit.

As the visitor scans the QR code at the Vizmo kiosk, the pass gets activated and the host is notified.
