How to customize Host Screen

  1. Go to Settings > Checkin Flow
  1. Click the edit icon for the Visitor type you wish to edit.

  1. Click HOST SCREEN from the top navigation.

  1. Locate Host Selection.
    1. To enable, toggle to the “on” position.
If Enabled, display text is essential. Since, display text gives you versatility of this product. For instance, if your visitor came for a delivery, he/she can view different display text that you configure.
    1. To disable, toggle to the “off” position.
If Disabled, you'll  have to select an Host from your uploaded employee list to send notifications as default. For instance, there's a visitor who came for an interview he/she doesn't need to select a person to visit. The notification will be sent to the HR department head/subordinates as default.
  1. Click the SAVE button at the right top when complete.
