How to use OTP verification for Visitors?

What is OTP verification?

OTP verification is used for verifying the phone number of the visitor that is visiting the company facility for the first time. It works as an initial verification step for any visitor type. An SMS is sent to the visitor for them to verify their phone number

OTP verification can be enabled or disabled for each Visitor Type

How to enable OTP verification?

  1. Login to the Vizmo dashboard using https://portal.vizmo.in
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Go to Visitor Types
  4. Click the edit icon on the Visitor Type that you want to make changes
  5. Click on the Phone Screen tab
  6. Here, you will be able to enable or disable OTP verification by using the toggle button
