Each floor has a details page that lists its desks, rooms and parking spaces and shows its map. Use it to review what is set up on a floor and to open the floor layout.

Before you start

You need an account whose role allows viewing floors. Adding, editing and deleting need further permissions.

View floor details

1. Sign in to the Vizmo portal and select the location.
2. Select Floors in the left menu. The All Floors page opens.
3. On the floor's card, select View Details.

4. Use the floor selector at the top left to switch to another floor.
5. Select the Desks, Rooms or Parking tab. Only the products that are turned on for your location appear.
6. Select View Layout to see the floor map and where each resource is placed. Select Exit Layout to go back to the list.

What each tab shows

• Desks: Desk Name, Zone, Description, Departments, Designations, Cost Per Seat/Hour and Status (enabled or disabled).
• Rooms: Photo, Room Name, Capacity, Amenities, Departments and Designations.
• Parking: Name, Zone, Description, Floor, Parking Space Type, EV, Accessible, Assignment Mode and Status.

These lists show how things are set up. To check what is free on a date, use Live Map. For booking records, use Desk Bookings or Room Bookings.

Other things you can do on this page

With the right permissions you can use Add New and Import (for desks and parking spaces), the pencil icon (Edit Floor) and the trash icon (Delete Floor). You can delete a floor only after all its desks, rooms and parking spaces are removed. Otherwise the portal shows Please delete all desks, rooms, and parking spaces before deleting this floor.

Troubleshooting

• You do not see View Details. Your role may not allow viewing floor details. Ask an admin.
• There are no tabs. None of Desks, Rooms or Parking is turned on for this location.
• Add New or Import is greyed out. Hover over it. A message such as Desk limit reached means you cannot add more of that type of resource.
• The portal shows Unable to load this floor. Select Try Again.
