What are Bulk Invites?

Vizmo allows its admin users to use the web portal in order to send invites for over 20 individuals altogether using the Bulk Invites feature. Individuals with access to the web portal can upload a .CSV file with the information of the visitors who need to be invited to that specific location. 

How to send a Bulk Invite?

  1. Login to the Vizmo dashboard using https://portal.vizmo.in
  2. Go to the Location Page
  3. Go to Invites
  4. Click on Import Invites
  5. Create a .CSV file of the invitees by referring to the sample .CSV provided
  6. Upload the .CSV file and send the invite

Please ensure that employees are not added to the list of invites. Either Email or Mobile number is required. Company is optional.
Bulk Invites can be undertaken only by Company and Location admins along with employees with the Receptionist/Security role. Employees who have not been assigned a role cannot upload a Bulk Invite.
