What is the importance of setting a Room's Total Capacity?

A Room's total capacity can be set by the Admins to allow only a specific number of individuals to occupy the Room. An employee can send invites to internal employees and external visitors based on the capacity of the room after completing their booking process. The room capacity ensures that the employee can send invites only to the defined number of individuals. 

Only Company and Location can set the total room capacity
